TI-36 X pro Calculator
TI-36 X Pro Calculator is nominated as one of the ideal calculators that can be used where graphing calculators are not permitted. The MultiViewTM display on the calculator makes it easier for the user to view multiple calculations on the screen, simultaneously. Another spectacular feature is from MathViewTM is capable of displaying multiple forms of mathematic expressions, stacked fractions and symbols in a similar fashion as they appear in notebooks. TI-36 X Pro Calculators have been recognized to ideal for their use during high school till college, in courses such as Geometry, Algebra, Trigonometry, Calculus, Statistics etc. There are functions that are capable of converting decimals, fractions and other terms inclusive of Pi, into an alternation interpretation/representation. There is also an option for users to use functions of radians, degrees, fix and floating number format modes.
One of the notable features in the TI-36 X Pro is its ability to store multiple macros, with the functionality based on the macro taking one value and having the capacity to store the final result inside a variable of user’s choice. The variable in TI-36 X Pro is limited to eight options, ranging from a, b, c, d, e, x, y, and z. The use of macros can be exemplified through the example of values that can be saved, such as “2+3” and “+x -> x.” This is an example of expr-eval or otherwise known as an expression, which has the ability to store the value, temporarily (Michon 2018). This can be translated into the basic sense of the values being stored for a limited use (can only be used once), so the process can be repeated any number of times, the user wants to.

- TI-36 X Pro Functionality
The TI-36 X Pro Calculator being an answer to Casio’s and Sharp’s latest addition, is designed to compete in terms of storing, processing and time management for the students. The TI-36 X Pro is specially designed to permit users to input expressions as they would normally write it down on their notebooks (Machines 2018). In a more descriptive sense, it can be related to the way exponents are written in the form of superscripts, whereas fraction bars are represented with the inclusion of expressions. The obtained results from calculations are displayed in the form of decimal, fraction, and in some scenarios, they are also displayed in the form of radicals and coefficients of π.
The 36-X version is specifically designed to bring back the definite integral addition, one of the features that have been long missed in the non-graphing versions of TI calculators, going back to the version of TI-68. In an addition to this, the TI-36 X series comes with the addition of showing the results with the sums (Σ), and products (Π). In regards to the interface of TI-36 X, it appears to be an upgrade of TI-84+ (Machines 2018). The functions can be utilized while cycling through the list, to locate the needed expression. Most of them are as follow,[ln] log button: log to any base, ln, and log
The e 10 button: e^ and 10^ buttons
Π e ι button: The buttons for constant of pi, for the constant of e, √-1 which works for most of the complex number values.
Despite these features, the 36-X Pro is celebrated to one of the calculators in the series that is rich with functionality, with functions for operations such as absolute value, polar to the rectangular conversation, modulus, matrix operations, vectors, conversions of base n, logic functions, integer extractions, prime factorization etc. Another important feature that TI-36 X Pro comes with is the numeric solver functionality, which is capable of solving multiple and complex equations much smoothly and quickly. Users can input as many as two to three equations at the same time for the calculator to solve. The best functionality of numeric solver is that it comes with the predefined setting of having the equation set to zero, so the user is not needed to do it manually. Numeric solver has the functionality of prompting the user if there is no solution for a provided equation, such as in the case of 3×3 equations, which may have solutions to them. A common example of this can be exemplified through the mention of x = -168/11 + 12z, y +72/11 -4z, z = z. The polynomial solver is only available for the cubic and quadratic equations only and will not work in any other scenario
TI-36 X Pro Calculator is among one of the best options, with its enhanced features supporting the needs of students either in high school or college. The calculator has been designed to accommodate the needs of many, with every feature carefully programmed by the mutual collaboration of practitioners from all over the world. This calculator is the next best option in scenarios where graphing calculators are not permitted, allowing the students to enjoy their learning and exploration phase.
